Kimberly S. Byrne, LISW/LCSW, LADAC, is a clinical social worker at The Or Factor. She sees clients both in person and online.
As a native of the State of New Mexico, Kimberly has served the local population since 1996. She completed her Master’s in Social Work in 2005 at New Mexico Highlands University. Kimberly is a Licensed drug and alcohol counselor and a Licensed clinical social worker. Her training ensured that she could provide her community with the best possible services.
Her training included protective services, clinical training in private practice, military mental health, hospice, and specialty training regarding the Native American, Hispanic, and LGBT populations. Her education and experiences have allowed her to work with children/teens, adults, and the geriatric population. She uses her skills and knowledge to empower her clients so that they will be able to make the necessary changes in their lives, to better their current situation.

Kimberly’s continuing efforts to improve herself and the quality of life for those around her have been and continue to be a constant source of inspiration.
